Intro to Green Eating

A beautiful gift for our environment is to reduce or even cut out meat from our diet. Many people are also reducing dairy products or cutting them out from their diets to support Mother Nature.

If you are not vegetarian you may consider being Flexitarians. Flexitarians are not vegetarian but they reduce their meat. Reducing meat and eating it fewer days a week it is a great gift for Mother Nature and it will also support your health as well.
