Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
1 ½ tablespoon finely chopped cilantro or fresh coriander
1 small chopped fresh red tomato
1 small lime
pinch of salt
pinch of asafoetida or hing
Directions
Scoop the flesh of the avocado in a bowl
Add cilantro, tomato, squeeze lemon juice, add a pinch of salt and hing
Mash thoroughly using two forks until thick even consistency
