BREAKFAST | Delicious sandwich with loving taste and soy milk

Prep: 5 mins - Cook: 10 mins - Serving: 5


  • 5 slices of bread

  • 50gr cheese

  • 30gr mushroom floss


  • Pan-fry bread, put cheese on top of the bread, cheese melted, then sprinkle with mushroom floss over the cheese.

  • Pour a bag of processed soy milk in a cup, add some ice cubes and enjoy.

LUNCH | Warm poached tofu skin with ginger

Prep: 5 mins - Cook: 10 mins - Serving: 5


  • 3 slices of tofu skin (300 gr)

  • 100 gr ginger

  • 10 stalks of lemon grass

  • Soya sauce, sugar, vegetarian seasoning powder, ground pepper


  • Wash tofu lightly. Do not let water soak into it too much or it will lose its firmness. If tofu is frozen, defrost it slowly, don't soak it directly in water. Then tear the tofu lengthwise into 3cm wide strips.

  • Marinate the tofu for 5 mins. Spices include 1 ½ tsp seasoning, 2 tsp soya sauce, little pepper.

There are ways we can try:

Way 1:

  • Wash lemongrass stalk, cut about 6-7cm piece, crush lightly. Tightly wrap tofu around lemongrass. Mix a little flour with water, use this mix to paste tofu edges together.

  • Heat cooking oil in a hot pan, add the tofu and fry, leave the edge of tofu bottom to prevent burning, fry evenly, remove the tofu.

Way 2:

  • Heat cooking oil in a hot pan, add the tofu and fry.

  • Put some oil in the pan, add ginger and stir until fragrant. Turn the heat low, then add the soy sauce, sugar, spoon soya sauce, finely chopped ginger. Add the fried tofu (either way 1 or way 2), seasoning to taste.

LUNCH | Moringa broth full of peace

Prep: 5 mins - Cook: 10 mins - Serving: 5


  • 500 gr moringa

  • 2 corns

  • 2 pcs of young tofu

  • Cilantro

  • Cooking oil, pepper, sugar, vegetarian seasoning


  • Wash moringa leaves, wash cilantro.

  • Peel corn, wash, corn cobs.

  • 2 pieces tofu washed, seasoned with a little seasoning and ground pepper.

  • Put oil in a pot, heat oil, add a pinch of moringa leaves to reduce aroma. Then, add 1 liter of water to the pot. Boiling water, put corn first, cooked corn, vegetables and tofu, salt, seasoning, little sugar. When soup is cooked, taste to taste. Scoop out a bowl of cilantro, pepper to enjoy

LUNCH | Sautéed young sweet potato stems

Ingredients: 500 gr young sweet potato stems


  • Wash sweet potatoes, drain. Heat pan, add a little fragrant ginger to fragrant, stir fried sweet potatoes. Season with seasoning seeds, little sugar and pepper

DINNER | Fried tofu in soy sauce filled with vigor


  • 5 pcs of firm tofu

  • 100 gr ginger and cilantro

  • Soy sauce, sugar, seasoning mix, ground pepper


  • Wash tofu, drain, cut in half, fry on both sides.

  • Mix soya sauce, sugar, a little seasoning, pepper, mix.

  • While frying is still pan is still hot, lower the heat and pour soya mixture onto tofu, mix well until the liquid absorbs water into the tofu. Put onto a plate, garnish with cilantro and enjoy

DINNER | Seaweed mushroom soup is full of nutrients


  • 10 gr Korean dried seaweed

  • Piece of young tofu

  • 200 gr of straw mushrooms

  • Cilantro, salt, seasoning seeds, sugar, sesame oil, ground pepper, finely chopped ginger


  • Soak dried seaweed in cold water for about 20 minutes to allow the seaweed to swell evenly.

  • Then take out and drain, cut small pieces to taste.

  • Tofu washed, cut pieces to taste.

  • Wash mushrooms.

  • Put oil in a hot pot, remove ginger to fragrant, stir fry mushrooms, seaweed in.

  • Put pre-boiled water in a pot, add the tofu, and simmer for 10 minutes. Seasoning to taste. When cooking seaweed, using sesame oil makes the soup very delicious.

  • Ladle soup into bowl, add cilantro, pepper

DINNER | Okra in tomato sauce full of enthusiasm


  • 500gr of okra

  • 4 tomatoes, less finely chopped ginger, coriander

  • Vegetarian oyster sauce, tomato sauce, seasoning seeds, sugar, soy sauce, ground pepper


  • Okra put in boiling water, add some oil to boiling water, cook for 3 minutes. We see the aroma of okra is ripe, picked out cooled, beans will remain green.

  • Tomatoes are finely chopped and seeded.

  • Put oil in a hot pan, add ginger until fragrant.

  • Add tomatoes to the island for 5 minutes until soft. Add tomato sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce. Then season with sugar, soy sauce, and seasoning seeds. Seasoning to taste again. So there was a delicious sauce.

  • Arrange okra on a plate, put sauce on top, and decorate cilantro.
