The aim of Inner Space Meditation is to access and experience our positive qualities using the power of concentrated thought.
Inner Space Meditation is open-eyed meditation which means once learned, that through the day while facing challenges, we can hold our awareness with stability while responding. It also allows us to take opportunities during the day to meditate – in a queue at the supermarket, or while waiting at the dentist.
Each lesson is generally about 1.5 hours and the introductory course is of 15 lessons.
Each lesson offers guidance from an experienced teacher and several opportunities to experience Inner Space Meditation.
At the end of each lesson you will be given exercises to practice in your daily life.
The course is offered as a support to the community and totally free of charge.
